You can give us the details of the item you want to pre-order by contacting our client advisor on WhatsApp.

Yes, a 30% down payment of the agreed price is required and can be sent through bank transfer.

The item should be delivered within 30 working days. This being said, while we can track the shipping of the pre-ordered item, we cannot state the exact date of its arrival due to circumstances out of our control such as technical problems with shipping logistics, customs clearance, etc. By making the down payment, you agree and are aware of the circumstances that may cause delays.

Once we receive the item, our Customer Service team will contact you. You will have to send a full payment within 3 days. Once we receive your payment, we will then proceed with mailing the item to your shipping address.

If you cannot be contacted and we have not received the full payment within 3 days, we have the right to sell the product to other customers. If this happens, the down payment cannot be refunded. However, you could use it to purchase another product with a total purchase value lower or equal to the down payment.
